Established in 2007, Organza Orchid was set up by husband and wife team David and Charlotte Rush as a lifestyle brand offering styling and life management services.
The company changed direction in 2012 when the couple were given the opportunity to develop their first property: an old cart lodge.
Specialising in barn conversions that create inspiring living spaces, the couple are now onto project four in their development journey and currently manage the tenancies of numerous properties across East Anglia and Greater London.
Consultancy services are offered through ‘Rush Consulting’, specialising in marketing consultancy, life management and coaching.

Co-founder and Director
David’s career spans over 20 years in the telecoms industry, working for one of the largest providers in the world. Not content with designing and delivering significant customer experience transformations and continuous improvement projects in the telecoms industry, David set up Organza Orchid in 2007 with wife Charlotte. David takes responsibility for the property side of Organza Orchid, using his extensive experience to manage a range of assets with a minimum of fuss.
Charlotte Rush
Co-Founder and Director
After studying international marketing with languages, Charlotte has spent her entire career in a variety of marketing roles, including working for the world’s largest professional services firm. Subsequently, Charlotte set up Rush Consulting during the pandemic of 2020. Charlotte recognised that marketing was becoming a luxury many organisations either couldn’t afford or wouldn’t commit to. But at the very same time, Charlotte realised that investment in quality marketing services had the potential to help businesses come out of the pandemic far stronger. Rush Consulting was the result of this eureka moment, offering marketing consultancy that becomes an affordable extension of your business.
